B. Marketing SMS and Text Messages

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain appropriate consent before sending marketing or promotional SMS or text messages.

If you separately consent to marketing texts, you authorize EfilePermit and service providers acting on EfilePermit’s behalf to send marketing and promotional text messages to the telephone number you provided, including through automated technology where permitted by law.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or Service.

  • calls placed by a live representative;
  • calls made using automated dialing technology;
  • artificial voice calls;
  • prerecorded voice calls; and
  • AI-generated or synthetic voice technology where legally permitted and appropriately disclosed.

Consent to receive automated, artificial-voice, prerecorded-voice, or other marketing calls for which consent is legally required is not a condition of purchasing any product or Service.

You may withdraw marketing-call consent by telling us during a call, using any opt-out mechanism provided, or contacting us using the information below.

We will maintain internal do-not-call records and honor valid opt-out requests as required by applicable law.

Such service providers may use personal information to perform services for us, subject to contractual restrictions and applicable law.

We do not authorize our service providers to use your telephone number or email address for their own unrelated independent marketing unless you separately consent or applicable law otherwise permits it.

Where required by applicable law, we provide methods to opt out of such uses.

G. With Your Direction or Consent

We may disclose information to other parties when you direct us to do so or provide consent.

10. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money.

However, certain uses of advertising or analytics technologies may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or “targeted advertising,” under some U.S. state privacy laws.

11. Sensitive Personal Information

Some information required for a government filing may qualify as sensitive personal information under applicable law.

Changing marketing preferences does not prevent us from communicating with you about existing orders, filing requests, security matters, legal notices, or other non-marketing matters.

15. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence and whether the applicable law applies to EfilePermit, you may have rights concerning your personal information, such as the right to:
